About The Position

Marshfield Medical Center – Eau Claire in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our growing practice. The right candidate will enjoy a busy practice as part of the Anesthesia team. This position provides medical direction to CRNAs and self-performs general and regional anesthesia. Cases are performed at MMC-EC and the attached surgical center. Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization). Responsibilities

• Provides medical direction to CRNAs
• Self-performs general and regional anesthesia
• Cases are performed at MMC-EC and the attached surgical center

Benefits

• Annual compensation of at least $530k (varies by practice) if you complete the required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE
• In addition, up to $150k retention incentive if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 5 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details).
