About The Position

Inova Alexandria & Mount Vernon region is looking for a dedicated Physician and APP Relations Partner to join the team. This role will be Full-time Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm | Hybrid. Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration or 4 years of additional pharmaceutic sales or physician liaison in lieu of posted degree.
• Experience: 3 years experience in Sales, Physician Relations, Pharmaceutical Sales.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with care sites, ambulatory practices, marketing, and service line leadership on referral planning in alignment with Inova strategic priorities.
• Reviews monthly system data reports for the service line to understand referral opportunities, assess challenges, and provider productivity.
• Meets weekly with referring practices to discuss patient care, new treatment options, barriers to care, and to maintain network integrity.
• Supports the onboarding of new providers. Conducts 30/60/90 check-ins with all newly credentialed providers in strategic specialties for assigned region and service line.
• Gathers market intelligence for action and/or informational purposes to assist hospital and system leadership in strategic planning and decision making.
• Resolves or escalates provider concerns to appropriate leadership in a timely manner.
• Develops quarterly report for system leadership inclusive of successes and opportunities.
• Assists with strategic projects/campaigns/CME/ATE events that support priority initiatives.
• Keeps account information up to date in the CRM database.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
