About The Position

The Physician and Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Recruitment Liaison acts as a liaison between Physician & APC candidates and the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) before, during and following the interview process. This individual participates in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with MCHS Physicians & APCs, MCHS leadership and contacts in the community particularly as they relate to recruitment and retention. Hybrid/remote positions with travel requirements (on average 6-9 travel days/month). The preferred candidate will be in the Weston/Wausau area.

Requirements

• Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, writing/communicating to a variety of audiences, and excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, health administration, communications or other related fields, and Two years’ experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations or;
• Associate’s degree (or 60 post high school degree credits) in healthcare, business, program administration or related field, and Six years’ experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations.
• Ten years’ experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Employee may not at any time have been or be excluded from participation in any federally funded program, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Employee must immediately notify his/her manager or the Health System’s Compliance Officer if he/she is threatened with exclusion or becomes excluded from any federally funded program

Nice To Haves

• Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR).
