About The Position

The Physician and Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Recruitment Liaison acts as a liaison between Physician & APC candidates and the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) before, during and following the interview process. This individual participates in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with MCHS Physicians & APCs, MCHS leadership and contacts in the community particularly as they relate to recruitment and retention. This position requires occasional onsite work at various MCHS locations.

Requirements

  • Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, writing/communicating to a variety of audiences, and excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, health administration, communications or other related fields, and Two years' experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations or;
  • Associate's degree (or 60 post high school degree credits) in healthcare, business, program administration or related field, and Six years' experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations.
  • Ten years' experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR).
