The Role: Join a dynamic team revolutionizing healthcare through AI-powered solutions that enhance clinician productivity and reduce administrative burdens. This role blends clinical expertise with technical problem-solving and application of advanced cutting-edge AI technologies, supporting the development of accurate and effective medical documentation, coding, and other AI tools to give clinicians superpowers.

Requirements

  • Advanced clinical degree (e.g., MD, DO) with hands-on experience in medical documentation workflows.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technical advancements.

Nice To Haves

  • Willing to work 3 days/week from the San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

  • Prototype and experiment with state-of-the-art models, techniques, and architectures, collaborating with clinicians and technical teams to improve user experience and functionality.
  • Design experiments, success criteria, and roadmaps for novel products and features.
  • Evaluate and refine AI models to ensure clinical accuracy and reliability.
  • Curate and audit datasets to maintain high-quality, representative training and testing material.
  • Analyze feedback and resolve issues with AI outputs, using clinical insights and analytical skills.
  • Expand knowledge across medical specialties to inform the development of AI solutions tailored to diverse clinical needs.
