We're looking for a strategic, science-savvy commercial leader who is passionate about delivering clarity, accuracy, and service to the healthcare community. The Physician Account Executive (PAE) is a consultative sales leader responsible for expanding business across a diverse portfolio of diagnostic solutions. This role combines strong business acumen, life-sciences/clinical diagnostics expertise, and the ability to build and scale customer relationships across complex healthcare ecosystems. This is a field-based position. The territory will encompass Alameda County, Contra Costa County, and San Joaquin County, CA. All applicants must live within this territory. At target, the compensation is $140,000-160,000. This includes a base salary and sales incentive. There is the potential to earn higher, as the sales incentive is uncapped at Quest Diagnostics. Base salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
