About The Position

426 Michigan Internal Medicine is seeking a passionate partner to join their innovative and busy primary care practice located on Grand Rapid's Medical Mile. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family/Internal Medicine.
• State of Michigan Physician License (MD or DO) required upon hire.
• DEA Registration required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 120 days.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification if required by specialty.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a team-based care model.
• Familiarity with population health management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients.
