About The Position
The Makovicka Physical Therapy Team strives to provide an atmosphere where we can focus on outstanding service through employee engagement and organizational growth, and to create a welcoming and friendly environment for all we have contact with. We strive to provide a friendly and encouraging environment for our patients and you play a key role. This position works primarily with our Women's Health Patients. Your primary focus on the team is to assist the clinicians in their day to day work. You will also be anticipating clinic needs such as maintaining cleanliness and ensuring equipment is in working order and ready for use. You will be directly relating to patients to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome. In addition, this position will be required to fill in at the front desk to answer phones, enter patient information, scribe, and schedule. You will be maintaining a high level of intensity throughout your day working with the clinical staff. You will be greeting patients and working side by side with them as directed by the therapist. You will prepare and gather equipment to facilitate quick and efficient transitions for patients.
