This role involves supporting therapists in setting up and monitoring daily exercise treatments, assisting patients with equipment, maintaining patient records and clinic cleanliness, and providing customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and monitoring daily exercise treatments based on the therapist’s plan of care.
• Learn to set up and assist patients on a variety of equipment, including machine weights and aerobic conditioning devices, all as part of personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records, marketing materials, and patient information.
• Keep the therapy area tidy, follow cleaning protocols, and take the initiative to organize when patient assistance is not required.
• Answer phones, take referrals, pre-authorize visits, and provide additional support with front desk or billing duties as needed.
• Assist other clinics or departments as necessary, always staying flexible and willing to pitch in where needed.
