Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet patients and get them started in their treatment sessions
  • Assist patients with prescribed exercises and care under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist
  • Help with patient intake and setup as directed
  • Call patients to support follow-up appointments and encourage adherence to their home exercise programs
  • Build rapport with patients and contribute to a positive, motivating atmosphere
  • Keep treatment tables, equipment, and common areas clean, disinfected, and ready for use throughout the day
  • Manage clinic laundry—washing, folding, and restocking linens and towels
  • Inspect the clinic regularly to ensure a tidy, safe, and professional space for patients and staff
  • Order, arrange, clean, and prepare equipment and supplies as needed
  • Assist with scheduling patients and coordinating follow-up appointments
  • Support the administrative team with day-to-day clinic operations
  • Attend all company meetings and events
  • Work alongside therapists, trainers, and administrative staff to help the clinic meet its patient care, retention, and growth goals
  • Take on other duties as needed to support the team
