Responsibilities

Warmly greet patients and get them started in their treatment sessions
Assist patients with prescribed exercises and care under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist
Help with patient intake and setup as directed
Call patients to support follow-up appointments and encourage adherence to their home exercise programs
Build rapport with patients and contribute to a positive, motivating atmosphere
Keep treatment tables, equipment, and common areas clean, disinfected, and ready for use throughout the day
Manage clinic laundry—washing, folding, and restocking linens and towels
Inspect the clinic regularly to ensure a tidy, safe, and professional space for patients and staff
Order, arrange, clean, and prepare equipment and supplies as needed
Assist with scheduling patients and coordinating follow-up appointments
Support the administrative team with day-to-day clinic operations
Attend all company meetings and events
Work alongside therapists, trainers, and administrative staff to help the clinic meet its patient care, retention, and growth goals
Take on other duties as needed to support the team
