Scholarship Opportunity: Earn a $3,000 PT school scholarship after completing our Pre-PT Pathway and 800+ hours ($1,500 for PTA school) Career Development: Online coursework taught by Mountain Land therapists and PT school application tips Future Job Bonus: Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus when you return as a full-time therapist after graduation Mentorship & Support: Recommendation letters, mock interviews, and guidance from experienced clinicians Multiple Career Paths: Prepare for PT, PTA, medical school, athletic training, or clinic leadership What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day) Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for patients Help the front desk as needed by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures Expected Work Schedule: This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate your school or work commitments. Preferred hours are: M - F varying hours. Location: 770 S. Hwy. 99, Fillmore, UT 84631 Pay: Hourly wage of $10-$11, plus the career-building experience you need for PT school applications.
Requirements
- Interest in a healthcare career and gaining clinical experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and empathy
- Comfortable being on your feet in a busy clinic environment
- Reliable and punctual

- Customer service experience or health-related coursework (not required)
