We are looking for a flexible energetic and outgoing individual who enjoys being around and helping others who are in need. Pure Physical Therapy and Pilates is a family owned outpatient practice that has been serving the community of hidalgo county and its surrounding counties for 15 years
Responsibilities
- Maintain a pleasant and professional relationship with patients
- Prepare and keep treatment areas clean and organized
- Basic Front Desk duties of greeting patients and answering phones
- Scheduling Patients
- Filing and Computer tasks
- Basic Office Clean-up and Maintenance
- Assisting Therapists with Patient set-up and Exercises
- Basic Marketing tasks
- Insurance Benefits Confirmation
- Tracking and Reporting of Key Metrics
- Follow up calls to patient
