About The Position

A Scrub Technician at Team Physical Therapy is responsible for assisting our clinical and administrative staff with workflow, clerical, and housekeeping tasks within the clinic.

Requirements

Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, operation of standard office equipment.
Operation of computer, MS Office, keyboard, telephone, copier, and other standard office equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented, professional, and reliable.
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with a variety of individuals.
Ability to maintain confidentiality as required by HIPAA and Team policy.
Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment.
Ability to take direction and follow accepted practices and procedures.
High School diploma or equivalent, required.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Pre-health track student, required.

Responsibilities

Greet patients
Prepare pre-treatment heat and ice packs
Pull and file charts
Laundry and light housekeeping
Organize, clean, and prepare treatment areas of the clinic as assigned
Manage and receive inventory
Prepare patient binders for home exercise
Observes strict confidentiality of company’s private information.
Demonstrate proficient time management skills.
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Collaborates with Director of Operations on workflow, and communication as needed.
