The Physical Therapy Front Desk Specialist job is provide exceptional customer service for all patient and client interactions in person and on the phone. The Physical Therapy Front Desk Specialist will assist the clinic with administrative duties, complete reporting functions related to therapy services provided, explain insurance benefits, collect, and post payments, schedule patient appointments, answer multi-line phone system and serve as a liaison between therapy clinics and the physician’s staff. This is a full-time position.
