Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the Health Care Services industry
  • Experience with calendar management software such as Outlook or Google Calendar

Responsibilities

  • Keep billing records accurate for billing purposes
  • Scan and update billing records accordingly
  • Handle general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Assist with general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining records
