For Physical Therapist Assistant working in West Virginia or Ohio: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1.Current Physical Therapy Assistant licensure within the state of West Virginia or appropriate state where services will be provided. 2. Eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association. 3. Valid driver’s license. 4. Must have reliable vehicle. 5. CPR certification within 30 days of hire date. For Physical Therapist Assistant working in Pennsylvania: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1.Current Physical Therapy Assistant- Indirect Supervision license 2. Eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association. 3. Valid driver’s license. 4. Must have reliable vehicle. 5. CPR certification within 30 days of hire date. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: 1.
