About The Position

The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Wesley Rehabilitation Center is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care by providing a variety of delegated therapeutic services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role is essential in supporting patients throughout their home health program and ensuring that care aligns with the physician's plan.

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by providing delegated therapeutic services.
• Perform direct physical therapy tasks as per the physician's plan of care.
• Support patients throughout the home health program under the supervision of the primary Physical Therapist.
