About The Position

Physical Therapy Assistant PRN Days Position Summary Administers physical therapy treatments to assigned patients under supervision by a Physical Therapist (PT). Assists the PT in the implementation of a formulated treatment plan, enabling patient reach an optimum functional performance or outcome. SPECIAL SKILLS: Excellent customer service skills.  Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with patients, families and physicians. THE PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT PRN DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program with a Certificate or Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
• One year of experience as a physical therapy assistant in a healthcare setting.
• Current License as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Arizona.
• CPR.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with patients, families and physicians.
