Position: Physical Therapy Assistant – Full Time.

Schedule: Flexible Schedule | No Travel Required
Starting Pay: From $30.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)
$2,500 Sign On Bonus

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Program.
• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) therapy experience
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑centered approach

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized Therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
• Communicate patient progress, needs, and goals with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely to support billing and payroll requirements.
• Support residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life.
