Requirements

  • An energetic and compassionate professional who enjoys working directly with patients.
  • A strong team player with clear communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative therapy team.
  • Current Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in good standing (as required by state regulations).

Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed Physical Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional mobility activities.
  • Monitor patient progress and report findings to the therapy team.
  • Help foster a positive, encouraging, and safe rehabilitation environment.
