About The Position
Federal Staffing Resources is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to support outpatient physical therapy services at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. This role supports licensed Physical Therapists by delivering treatment interventions and assisting with patient care in a military treatment facility setting.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant license (any U.S. state or territory)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to meet federal qualifying and background requirements
- Ability to work onsite (telework not permitted)
- Position Contingent upon contract award
Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists with treatment delivery and patient care
- Implement therapy plans as directed by supervising Physical Therapist
- Document treatment encounters accurately and timely
- Prepare patients and treatment areas
- Maintain equipment and adhere to infection control standards
- Support a high-quality, patient-centered care environment
