Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Ohio
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Someone who brings energy, compassion, and a little bit of fun to their work

• Long-term care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence
• Build meaningful connections with residents and cheer them on through milestones
• Accurately document treatments and progress
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver top-notch care
