We’re growing and hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to support patients throughout the Braintree residential area of Massachusetts.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts
- 1+ year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently, but never unsupported
- EMR experience preferred (ours won’t emotionally scar you)
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is a plus — but not required
Responsibilities
- Providing in-home PTA treatments as directed by the supervising PT (no guesswork, no being left alone)
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care to keep things moving forward.
- Educating patients and caregivers on exercises that actually carry over into daily life.
- Documenting clearly and efficiently in a user-friendly EMR that won’t steal your evenings.
