About The Position
Perform treatments and provide exercise instruction and demonstration for Amberwell patients receiving physical therapy as inpatients, outpatients, and Home Health/Hospice.
Requirements
- High School or GED
- 2 year/Associate Degree
- BLS
- Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
- Kansas licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Twenty CEUs every 2 years to maintain licensure.

- Stand for 1-2 hours per day
- Sit for 1 hour per day
- Walk for 7-8 hours per day
- Perform repetitive tasks/motions
- Distinguish colors
- Hear alarms/telephones/tape recorders/normal speaking voice
- Have good manual dexterity
- Have good eye/hand/foot coordination
