- PTA degree from an accredited program
- Valid IL license

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
- Help seniors regain strength, mobility, and confidence
- Work side-by-side with talented Physical Therapists
