Key Responsibilities Maintain a work environment aligned with company values and objectives Organize daily schedule to ensure optimal patient care Follow all state Practice Act laws and regulations governing Physical Therapy Assistants Review and adhere to company policies and procedures annually Complete required OSHA training and comply with safety standards and regulations Provide patient treatment as directed by supervising Physical Therapist(s) Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and medical necessity Complete all required documentation (notes, charges, etc.) accurately and on time Communicate professionally with patients, co-workers, physicians, and payors Attend meetings and clinical in-services to support operational and clinical improvements Serve as a role model and resource for peers Research unfamiliar conditions or procedures to enhance clinical knowledge Manage time effectively to meet productivity expectations Stay current with healthcare trends and physical therapy practices Assist with facility maintenance to ensure a clean and professional environment Support front desk functions including scheduling, registration, and phone duties Perform other duties or special projects as assigned Competencies Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain patient confidentiality Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to anticipate and respond to departmental needs Basic knowledge of office procedures in a medical setting Proficiency with computer systems and office equipment Ability to extract and interpret information effectively
