About The Position

The Physical Therapy Assistant implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary physical therapist to optimize the functional abilities and skills of patient's. You will works with other members of the rehabilitation team to implement programs consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient. Instructs/Communicates with patients, families and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the physical therapy treatment program under the supervision of the physical therapist. You will provide timely written documentation as required by insurance provider to meet licensing, certification, regulatory and reimbursement requirements and support and participate in department operations and development. Sign on Bonus: $5,000.00 You may be requested to travel between the two offices situated in Quincy, CA, and Greenville, CA. Requirements

  • Graduate of an APTA accredited school physical therapy
  • Current California Physical Therapy Assistant License.
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, approved by the AHA.
  • Demonstrates respectful conversation in tone and content.
  • Assures patient privacy.
  • Actively involves the parent/guardian in care/teaching.

  • PDH is thrilled to provide our Child Care Center services to all families in our area. Our program is operational from 7:45am to 5:15pm, Monday through Friday, and is approved for children aged 0 to 5 years. After submitting your application, our Child Care Director will get in touch with you about your acceptance into the program. Once approved, we will start the enrollment process. PDH employees take priority on our waiting list.
