About The Position
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our practice St. Louis MO (Multiple locations). Join our team of passionate therapists and providers as we help restore functionality, mobility, and our patient’s quality of life. You will be working alongside a reputable and well-respected team of medical providers, therapists, and amazing support staff. Position based in St. Louis with travel between 2 nearby clinic locations (all within ~20–30 minutes) About us: Our expert staff collaborates to provide high quality comprehensive care, giving our patients an improved quality of life, improved functionality, and less pain. We have a dedicated team of medical doctors, chiropractors advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and excellent support staff on hand to provide individualized personal care plans.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Physical Therapy Assistant license in MO
- Computer skills required
Responsibilities
- Assist the Physical Therapist and patients with a variety of therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Patient education about the diagnosis, care plan options, lifestyle modifications, and exercises
- Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Assist with documentation/reports- timely and accurate EHR
