We’re expanding and hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to serve patients in the Norton residential area of Massachusetts.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts
- 1+ year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently, but never left unsupported
- EMR experience preferred (ours won’t emotionally scar you)
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is a plus — but not required
Responsibilities
- Providing in-home PT treatments as directed by the supervising PT (no “figure it out alone” energy).
- Monitoring progress and adjusting care to keep patients moving forward.
- Teaching patients and caregivers therapeutic exercises that actually translate to daily life.
- Documenting clearly and efficiently in an EMR that won’t steal your evenings.
