About The Position

The PT Assistant is responsible for providing treatment for residents/patients under the physical therapy plan of care as established by the therapist. Also interacts with residents/patients, family members, responsible party and other health care team members, while maintaining standards of professional conduct. This position must comply with regulatory standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy, the Department of Health, and any other professional guidelines or standards. We strive to meet the needs of the patient with no mandated group treatments and reasonable productivity. We offer continuing education and licensure reimbursement.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant, in good standing.
