About The Position

Capstone Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned, private-practice committed to providing clinical excellence through continued education, specialty certifications and customer service. Our care model is one on one care without the use of aides or care extenders. All care is provided by licensed therapists. We offer very competitive wages including incentive bonus pay plus a salary and a benefits package including generous continued education, paid time off, healthcare and retirement savings. Our clinics offer specialty areas of practice including orthopedics, sports rehab, geriatric and pediatric rehab, women’s health, balance and vertigo, and work rehabilitation. Our clinicians are experts in therapy and many hold specialist certifications including OCS, GCS and CHT. We are an evidence based practice that emphasizes manual therapy and an exercise based approach to treatment. Capstone Physical Therapy is a local Physical Therapist owned outpatient private practice in Whatcom County and Snohomish County with multiple locations. We offer Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
