We’re growing and looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to support patients throughout the Stoughton residential communities of Massachusetts.

Requirements

• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licensed in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Be comfortable working independently while still being supported
• Afternoon availability

Nice To Haves

• EMR experience
• Home health experience
• Monday – Friday availability

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising PT.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to keep recovery moving forward.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies that translate into daily life.
• Document clearly and efficiently in our user-friendly EMR (no late-night charting marathons).
