We’re expanding and hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to serve patients in the Norton residential area of Massachusetts.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts
  • 1+ year of clinical experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a supportive team

Nice To Haves

  • EMR experience
  • Home health experience
  • Monday-Friday availability

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Monitor patient progress and help adjust treatment approaches to keep patients moving forward
  • Teach patients and caregivers therapeutic exercises that translate to everyday life
  • Document visits clearly and efficiently in a user-friendly EMR
  • Deliver care that is practical, patient-centered, and focused on real results
