In 2026, PTAs are looking for a career, not just a job. At New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS), we lead with wealth-building, stability, and clinical excellence. Guaranteed 5% Retirement Contribution: Unlike standard corporate "matches," NEOS provides a 5% non-elective 401(k) contribution. We deposit 5% of your salary into your retirement account every year—even if you don't contribute a penny of your own. Annual End-of-Year Bonus: In addition to your hourly pay, every PTA at NEOS receives a 2-week salary bonus at the end of the year. Immediate $2,500 Sign-On Bonus: Get started with an immediate sign-on bonus (eligible for student loan reimbursement). Superior PTO & Rollover: Start with 3 weeks of PTO (with rollover), 2 floating holidays, 7 regular holidays, and 5 sick days (with rollover). Zero-Burnout Culture: True Mon-Fri shifts. No weekends, no travel, and no offsite visits. We believe that elite orthopedic care requires a focus on quality over volume. At NEOS, you work in a high-energy environment with the dedicated support of licensed PTs and a streamlined clinical flow. Skilled Hands-On Intervention: Provide hands-on support for therapeutic exercise programs, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility training under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). Specialized Orthopedic Care: Assist in the delivery of post-operative rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, and chronic condition management. Patient Education: Educate patients on home exercise programs (HEP) and activity modifications to support ongoing recovery and long-term wellness. Clinical Flow & Support: Benefit from a structured environment that handles room turnovers, equipment set-ups, and hot/cold pack preparation so you can remain focused on skilled patient care. Managed Patient Caps: We prioritize patient-centered care by maintaining manageable daily patient caps. This ensures you have the mental bandwidth to provide elite care without the "infinite schedule" found in corporate clinics. Integrated Surgeon Partnership: Document treatment notes and communicate patient status directly with our 15+ Board-Certified Surgeons and PTs to ensure seamless care. We provide Massachusetts PTA License Renewal fees, and Board Fee Assistance may be provided for new graduates. We provide CEU credit reimbursements for approved courses. Free subscription to Medbridge included for your required annual hours. Performance-based raises on your work anniversary and a clear track for clinical promotion.
