Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Minnesota
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate and motivate patients

Responsibilities
- Implement personalized treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain strength, range of motion, and independence
- Deliver hands -on care including therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait education, and adaptive strategies to support recovery
- Document all interventions and patient responses in EMR to track clinical progress
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise routines and fall prevention strategies, empowering them with confidence
- Collaborate regularly with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary care team to ensure holistic patient care
