  • Assist the physical therapist in providing treatment to patients
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities under the direction of the physical therapist
  • Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
  • Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
  • Assist with patient transfers and mobility
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
  • Knowledge of trigger point therapy, anatomy, and physiology
  • Strong patient care skills, including empathy and active listening
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Our facility follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ COVID-19 vaccination requirement. The regulation requires all facility employees and contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to be granted an exemption based on an approved request for a medical or religious exemption.
  • Experience in occupational health and acute care settings preferred
