About The Position

DSH-Napa Physical Rehabilitation Therapy Services is hiring for a Physical Therapy Assistant. This is a full time and permanent position working with adult patients in a psychiatric facility. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to: Assessment and evaluation, Treatment services, Provide written documentation pertaining to progress in treatment, Provide training to unit staff to support the patient in daily living.

Requirements

• Valid California Physical Therapist Assistant License
• Completion of the STD. 678 Employment Application
• Proof of degree or transcript if using education to meet minimum qualifications
• Background Investigation clearance
• Medical Clearance
