About The Position
The Physical Therapy Assistant implements treatment programs established by the Physical Therapist for patients of all ages. He/she supervises ancillary staff with delivery of patient care and with department activities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant curriculum
- Prior experience as a PTA or other experience in the physical therapy setting preferred
- Demonstrated competence in the care of populations served which may include neonatal, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant by the state of Georgia
