PTA Physical Therapist Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Greenbelt, MD. In this role, you’ll partner closely with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver individualized care, support patient recovery, and help individuals return to their daily lives with confidence.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Maryland PTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Carry out individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical direction
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within our EMR system
- Educate patients on recovery, home exercises, and injury prevention
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and engaging clinic environment
