We’re growing (in the fun, exciting way — not the “please cover three territories” kind), and we’re looking for an amazing Part Time PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) in the Chelmsford residential area of MA to join our team.
Requirements
- Are a licensed PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) in Massachusetts
- Have at least 1 year of clinical experience
- Can juggle documentation, communication, and care with a sense of humor and a decent Spotify playlist
- Are organized enough to keep up, but flexible enough to roll with the occasional curveball
- Can confidently navigate an EMR (or are willing to fake it ‘til you make it)
Responsibilities
- Bringing compassionate, personalized care to patients in their homes (no folding curtain dividers required)
- Carrying out treatment plans designed by your supervising PT — and adding your own magic to the mix
- Teaching therapeutic exercises and helping patients feel like themselves again
- Keeping documentation smooth and simple — we won’t make you chart in ancient hieroglyphics
- Being the bright spot in your patients’ day (and possibly your own)
