About The Position

Our dedicated team is committed to achieving optimal patient outcomes within a sophisticated, patient-centered environment. We are currently seeking an extraordinary Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality treatment and play a vital part in our patients' recovery journeys. Schedule: PRN (As Needed). We offer flexible shifts during the week and on weekends.
Requirements
- Current licensure in the State of Nebraska and/or national certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Completion of all educational requirements as established by the state of Nebraska.
- Current BLS certification (required at the time of hire).
Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Execute treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist and accurately document all interventions in the medical record.
- Education: Empower patients and their families by providing clear instructions on maintenance and home exercise programs.
- Collaboration: Maintain proactive communication with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient progress and care plans.
- Environment: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area.
