Monitoring progress and adjusting care to keep patients moving forward. Teaching patients and caregivers therapeutic exercises that actually translate to daily life. Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts
1+ year of clinical experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently, but never left unsupported
EMR experience preferred (ours won’t emotionally scar you)

Nice To Haves

Home health experience is a plus — but not required
