Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, communicating progress and goals with the nursing and medical teams. Restorative Training: Partner with the nursing department to train Restorative Aides, ensuring a 24/7 culture of mobility and wellness.
