Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Position Summary The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting in restoring function and improving mobility. Requirements
- Associate's degree from a PTA program.
- Current PTA license in state of practice.
- CPR certification required.
- Team-oriented and patient-focused with strong communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Rehab or acute care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.
- Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.
- Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
