Schedule: Part-Time with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time based on performance & caseload growth Pay: Competitive per-visit rates + mileage reimbursement + bonuses
Requirements
- Active Texas PTA license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Professional, compassionate, patient-focused care approach
Nice To Haves
- Experience in rehab or home health preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy visits under PT supervision
- Assist with mobility training, strengthening, and exercise programs
- Track and report patient progress
- Support patients in improving function and independence
