Requirements

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Hawaii or graduate of an approved PTA program or actively working toward licensure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Dedication to providing compassionate, resident-centered care

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
• Collaborate with nursing and facility staff to support resident goals
• Track progress and ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain strong documentation and communication
• Contribute to a positive and team-focused environment
