Requirements
- Active PTA license in California
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a resident‑centered mindset
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post‑acute experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under PT supervision
- Facilitate therapeutic exercises, functional training, and mobility programs
- Accurately document treatments and outcomes
