This position requires that you are currently licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Iowa. Day in the Life of a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Assist in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans under the supervision of a physical therapist, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and function. Implement prescribed physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities, to help patients achieve their treatment goals. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and adaptive equipment use to support ongoing recovery and independence. Collaborate closely with the physical therapist and interdisciplinary healthcare team to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure comprehensive care delivery in the home setting. Current Openings: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, on-call rotation

  • Currently licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Iowa
