About the Role As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide physical therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth through: Providing individualized and group therapy Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM) Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $56,000-62,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm Location: 3319 N.
