Progress Tracking: Document patient progress in compliance with regulatory and facility standards to ensure optimal recovery. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with nursing, OT, and SLP teams to optimize resident outcomes. Patient Education: Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety techniques. Department Contribution: Share ideas to enhance the quality and efficiency of our in-house therapy department. Qualifications: Licensure: Current, valid California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (or eligibility to obtain).
